SERVICE / SUPPORT SCOPE

Robot inspections and preventive maintenance

Maintenance built around your workflow.

How to define the scope

Base inspections on model instructions, use intensity and environment. Demonstration humanoids and daily research platforms need different assumptions. Include fault logs, joint loading and replacement history.

Prepare before the discussion

  • Device list with configurations
  • Manuals and previous reports
  • Operating hours, environment and service windows

What outcome should you agree?

The report should state the work performed, issues found, recommendations and next inspection point. Also record unchecked items and why the scope was limited.

Delivery conditions

Inspection timing and scope must be agreed for the device. We do not publish a universal parts replacement interval for every humanoid.

Information and enquiry preparation. Parts availability, compatibility, service provider and timing require confirmation. HumanoidPoint does not claim manufacturer authorisation.
