HUMANOIDS / MARKET GUIDE

Renting a humanoid with an operator: scope of delivery

A demonstration includes preparation and logistics, not merely handing over a device.

A script rather than a wish list

Write out stage entry, movement, interaction and finish. Each step needs a confirmed control mode and rehearsal in the intended layout. A manufacturer video is not automatically the rented unit’s repertoire.

Support arrangements affect the price

Separate transport, handling, operator time, rehearsal, performance and standby in the quote. Agree on charging space and script changes. Ask about alternatives if the robot fails its technical rehearsal.

Event acceptance conditions

Specify session count, duration and allowed breaks. Organiser and provider must know the area boundaries and how to stop the show. Distinguish a demonstration from autonomous crowd operation.

HumanoidPoint recommendations concern project preparation. Hardware data comes from the linked manufacturers; it does not confirm an offer or performance at your facility.
