Separate base control, task application and fleet management. Each layer may have different accounts, updates and fees. Ask which functions work offline and what happens after connectivity is lost.
Facility data needs ownership and purpose
Define camera, log and recording data shared with support. Record recipients, retention and access restrictions. Use agreed test data; do not assume every session can automatically train the system.
Plan the exit from the pilot
Agree exports of configuration, logs and measurements. Test update recovery and account handover. Continuing-operation cost should include licences and integration maintenance.
