SERVICE / SUPPORT SCOPE

Robot diagnostics

From symptom to repair decision.

How to define the scope

Start with what changed in the device’s behaviour: when the issue began, during which task and whether it relates to a specific event. Recording symptoms helps avoid speculative parts replacement.

Prepare before the discussion

  • Model, serial number and system version
  • Error code, incident time and process description
  • Configuration changes and previous repairs

What outcome should you agree?

The expected result is a diagnosis or further test plan, possible actions and restart conditions. Agree whether diagnostic fees will count towards any later repair.

Delivery conditions

Remote analysis may lead to a physical inspection. Agree access to logs and remote sessions before work begins.

Information and enquiry preparation. Parts availability, compatibility, service provider and timing require confirmation. HumanoidPoint does not claim manufacturer authorisation.
